Parish Ministries
Many in our parish choose to be formally associated with our men’s and women’s group. These two groups organize a great deal of what goes on in the life of the parish.
The Men’s Group of St. Gregory’s meets one Saturday a month for breakfast, fellowship and Bible Study. Though they meet early, 8am – 10am, there is no shortage of laughter with our current Men’s group attendees. Show up and they’ll treat you well and put you to work!!
The ECW (Episcopal Church Women) is a national, diocesan and parish level organization of the women of the church. Please read more about this group at these levels here: http://www.edwm.org/diocese/orgs/ecw/ and here http://ecwnational.org/
At St. Gregory’s, the ECW has recently hosted events alongside our parish men’s group. They’ve collaborate on the Steak or Salmon Dinner in the fall, the Parish Yard Sale in the spring and special celebrations requiring a special level of hospitality throughout the year.
The Prayer Chain at St. Gregory’s is how we make sure our prayer requests are front and center when we are not gathered in community. If you choose to be a part of this ministry you will receive emails and phone calls and regular updates.
The Choir is one of the primary and organic forms of small group ministry in the church. At St. Gregory's our choir is led by Josh Ledesma and rehearses each Wednesday at 7:15 pm.
